Nagabeta Kaishoro, yay〜〜I collected a Jibeier!

It was a really long journey to get here. It takes about half an hour from the station, but I thought it was pretty worth it! It’s a little like Gaomei Wetlands in Taichung. The overall atmosphere was very chill, and there was even a live singer. Too bad I didn’t get to see it at high tide.

I walked all the way to the end, and it felt like a road that went on forever. I also stayed for the sunset〜so nice!
I originally wanted to wade in the water, but then I touched a curled-up worm, so fortunately I gave up on that idea in the end.

My friend was relieved and said, “You don’t even know how deep it is, and you still dared to mess around!”

I thought, good thing that curled-up worm saved my life. Otherwise, I really don’t know if anyone would have been able to help me. After all, aside from us, there was only one other group of tourists there (at the end).

On the way back, we checked the train schedule and realized the train was coming soon, so we sprinted all the way back. We could already hear the train in the distance, but then we ran to the wrong platform and actually crossed the tracks after making sure it was safe.

All I can say is, good thing it was so remote. Later, we found out that the train seemed to stop there for quite a while, so we probably would’ve made it even if we had walked slowly😂

Even funnier, the couple who had been next to us also crossed the tracks just like we did hahahahaha.
(It should still be okay if you make sure it’s safe?

But it’s true that you have to wait an hour for the next train. That really is a long time〜

Nagabeta Kaishoro (ながべたかいしょうろ),
The statue of Jinbe, Knight of the Sea, is located right near the famous sight of utility poles standing in the sea. The statue sits cross-legged, conveying the steady, bold presence of a helmsman. The utility poles in the sea create excellent leading lines for casual photos. At low tide, the shimmering reflections on the wetlands on both sides are very beautiful. The towering palm trees and Jinbe on the ground create a striking contrast in height, and with the vast blue sky and distant mountains, the overall atmosphere feels relaxed and carefree~
The meaning of travel is nothing more than “participate in a famous life, enjoy life” ✨

It's a small but distinctive attraction. It was my first time seeing a row of utility poles in the sea, and it really felt special, like a scene from a movie.
The views at low tide and high tide are completely different. It's especially beautiful in the evening when the sunset reflects on the water, making it a great place to take memorable photos.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful~ If you love taking photos, you’ll definitely get lots of gorgeous shots here.

When I went this time, it happened to be low tide, so it was a bit of a shame I didn’t get to see the road submerged in the water. But the road stretching off into the distance was still a beautiful sight, and I also saw lots of cute little crabs on the tidal flats. If you play Pikmin, you can trade flower petals for a postcard! The Pikmin postcard here is super pretty!
