This place mainly introduces the Hamamatsu Festival. Inside, there are lots of huge kites and festival decorations on display, and it feels impressive as soon as you walk in.

The space isn’t very large, but it’s a good way to quickly understand what makes the Hamamatsu Festival so exciting. There aren’t many interactive experiences, so it’s more of a static exhibit. Still, it’s easy to walk through and doesn’t take much time, making it a nice stop if you’re nearby.
