The observation room, located on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building's Main Building No. 1, offers a panoramic view of Tokyo from 202 meters above ground. With around 2 million visitors each year, it's a hot spot for foreign tourists.
Just like it says here, playing the piano here really makes you nervous, haha.
