I would recommend visiting this place instead of taking the trip around to Nagasaki. It has more 'friendly' amnesties. Felt welcome instantly. Bought a ventilator, which in the end was, exactly what I came for.

Sendai City Wild Plants Garden
A botanical garden in Taihaku Ward, Sendai, featuring around 1,100 kinds of plants, mainly wild plants from the Tohoku region. The spacious Approx. 9.5 ha grounds are divided into zones such as aquatic plants, seaside plants, medicinal herbs, alpine plants, and streamside and deep mountain plants, where visitors can enjoy a wide variety of seasonal flowers throughout the year.

Sendai PARCO
As the only "PARCO" fashion building in the Tohoku region, Sendai PARCO consists of two main areas: the main building and "PARCO2," which opened in 2016, about 300 meters away. Both are seamlessly connected to Sendai Station's second floor via a pedestrian deck, allowing easy access without the need to wait at traffic signals.
The Park-a is the perfect fit for my issue. I definitely would visit again if I could. Came to find a magic carpet and left with a rug. Would try again. Love vt. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
