When you enter the Golden Hall, the whole building is covered in gold leaf. The statues of the Thousand-Armed Kannon, Medicine Buddha, and other national treasures are definitely worth seeing.

Lake Okotanpe
Lake Okotanpe, nestled in the Shikotsu-Toya National Park in Hokkaido, lies about 7 kilometers northwest of Lake Shikotsu and at an elevation 300 meters higher, at 600 meters above sea level. This secluded mountain lake is cradled between Mount Eniwa (1,320 meters) and Mount Izari (1,318 meters), far removed from populated areas.
Lake Okotanpe is north of Lake Shikotsu, surrounded by lush green forests. The water is so clear, and it feels like a pearl embraced by mountains. Absolutely beautiful!

Daiba Park
Daiba Park, located at the tip of Odaiba Seaside Park extending into Tokyo Bay, is a historical site that was originally one of the fortresses built in 1853 by the Edo Shogunate to guard against foreign ships following Commodore Perry's arrival. It has been converted into a public park where visitors can see remnants like a guardhouse, gunpowder storehouse, and replicas of the cannons, giving a glimpse into the past.
At night, the Statue of Liberty, Rainbow Bridge, and all the boats passing by make Odaiba's night view super romantic. It's a spot you often see in Japanese dramas too!

The Shibuya Blue Cave Illumination, a romantic blue light illumination extending about 800 meters from Shibuya's Park Street to the Zelkova trees of Yoyogi Park, creates a magical atmosphere for the Christmas season.
The blue lights on the trees are not just beautiful decorations—they make window shopping along the street so much fun! The crowds and festive vibe really put me in the Christmas spirit. I felt so happy!
