The weather at the bottom of the mountain is really different from the top. Visibility was poor, and there wasn't enough moisture for the spectacular rime ice scenery to form yet.

ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.
A large mixed-use complex that stands in the heart of the Tenjin area, Fukuoka’s premier downtown district. It has 19 floors above ground and 4 basement floors, is 97 meters tall, and boasts a gross floor area of about 147,000 square meters. B2F through 5F are commercial floors, featuring new store concepts found only here, flagship stores, and a food zone unique to Fukuoka, a city known for its cuisine. On 5F, Tenjin Fuku Shokudo is an open dining space for people who work in Tenjin and visitors.
The whole building looks brand-new and stylish. The moment I got there, it really felt like Fukuoka’s new landmark. It’s right in Tenjin, so getting there is super convenient. There’s a nice mix of shops inside too—places to eat and plenty to browse.
