Japanese products are so well-known for their quality and strength that they may be "used for a lifetime". I'd like to introduce some nail clippers made in Japan that are just right as souvenirs of your trip.

If you head to any shop selling nail clippers, you will be amazed at the variety of products available. In addition to nail clippers designed for toes or curled nails, you can find products such as "Girl's Nail Clippers".

Among nail clippers made in Japan, there are expensive ones costing as much as ¥10,000, but you can buy quality products at drugstores for around ¥500!

New Standard Nail Clippers

This time, I bought two sizes of nail clippers at a drugstore. Each one was under ¥500! They are made with a typical shape and a rust-resistant stainless steel blade.

These nail clippers feature a simple design. The white Medium may feel small in a large hand, but this shape makes it easy to clip, so it's perfect for a lady like me. I'd use the pink Small for children.

The blade has a gentle curve. Without applying too much pressure, it can easily cut nails on the fingers and toes.
It's designed to prevent nails from flying off, but I'm a bit worried that a few of them will.

Since the opening cuts so cleanly, I don't think I'll use this nail file, but it's very fine and sharp. The white Medium has large indentations, so it's easy to use for adults like me.
By the way, the nail clippers I bought before at the 100 Yen Shop didn't come with a nail file.
