5 Tips for Making the Most of Pool WAI
Here are five tips to know in advance so you can enjoy Pool WAI more comfortably.
1. Buy Tickets in Advance
If you buy advance tickets through Yomi-Ran CLUB, the official website’s membership program (free registration, Japanese only), you can save Approx. ¥200–¥400 compared with the ticket window price.
Travelers from overseas can purchase tickets through OTAs (online travel agencies).

2. Avoid Crowds by Entering in the Morning or Evening
11:00 am–3:00 pm is the most crowded time of day, and wait times for popular slides also get longer.
By entering in the morning right after opening or after 3:00 pm, you can enjoy the attractions relatively smoothly.
3. Protect Against Sunburn and Heatstroke, and Reserve Paid Seats Early
Because you will be spending a long time under the hot sun, heat protection such as sunscreen, a hat, and a rash guard is essential.
Paid seats where you can relax in a dedicated space are also available, and reserving early is recommended on crowded days.

4. Bring Towels, Swimsuits, and Inner Tubes
There is no rental service for swimsuits, towels, inner tubes, or similar items, so it is generally best to bring your own.
However, these items are also sold at shops inside the venue, so buying them on-site is also an option if you want to reduce your luggage while traveling or sightseeing from overseas.

5. Prepare Coins and Bottled Drinks
Some lockers inside the venue do not support cashless payment, so it is reassuring to have plenty of coins (¥100 coins) ready.
Bottled drinks may be brought in, so bringing your own is recommended for staying hydrated.
