Seasoning

This slightly spicy la yu chili oil is packed with delicious ingredients, like fried garlic and fried onion. It pairs amazingly with tons of foods, including gyoza, udon, and pasta, but it even makes a great topping for something as simple as hot rice.
The fried garlic and fried onions are prepared by hand, not by machine, giving them a delightfully crunchy texture and aromatic flavor.
