For the ultimate Okinawan experience, try the Island Shabu Full Course, which lets you savor both of Okinawa’s prized meats: Ishigaki beef, praised by world leaders during the 2000 Okinawa Summit, and Kin Agu pork, known for its mild flavor and sweet, rich fat.
