The Odakyu Limited Express Romancecar, operated by Odakyu Electric Railway, is an all-seat limited express train with a history of more than 80 years, having its roots in the "Weekend Onsen Express" that operated non-stop between Shinjuku and Odawara in the 1930s.

The Romance Car is represented by the GSE (70000 Series), which went into operation in 2018. The GSE (70000 Series), with the traditional vermillion orange color on its sides that has been used on previous generations of cars, has observation seats in the lead car. The Romance Car's general seats also have the largest seat width, and the open 1-meter-high continuous windows provide a relaxing view of the scenery along the train line. The large single-pane glass seats are popular for enjoying a powerful scenery view.

There are currently four other models in the lineup, including the Vermeer Blue MSE (60000 Series), which serves the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and the EXE and EXEα (30000 Series), which have more seating capacity. The trains operate during weekday morning rush hours and on the way home and are widely used not only for sightseeing but also as reassuring allies for commuting to and from work and school.
