A ryokan with a Japanese-modern atmosphere in Katayamazu Onsen, which stretches along the shores of Lake Shibayama, and is also close to Ukiukibenten, the symbol of this hot spring town floating on the lake.

At the large public bath, guests can enjoy 100% natural hot spring water straight from the source, rich in minerals and plentiful in volume, with warmth that lingers even after bathing. There is also a bedrock sauna where you can relax and work up a comfortable sweat. Dinner is served as a monthly changing kaiseki course featuring seasonal local ingredients such as Hokuriku seafood and Kaga vegetables. An à la carte menu with carefully selected ingredients is also available.

Guest rooms are mainly Japanese-style, including popular rooms with private open-air baths fed by natural hot spring water and views of Lake Shibayama. For those more used to beds, Japanese-Western style rooms are also recommended. If you stay in a lake-view room, you can enjoy the lakeside fireworks held nightly every August. In addition to standard yukata, stylish designer yukata are available for rent for an additional fee. They add an extra touch of fun when strolling around the property or the hot spring town.

The all-inclusive system available inside the property is also recommended. For an additional fee, this luxurious option includes drinks and light meals in the exclusive lounge during your stay, drinks with dinner and breakfast, and access to the bedrock sauna and karaoke facilities, letting you fully enjoy everything the property has to offer.
