A café and hands-on shop inside Hattendo Village, an interactive food theme park created by Hattendo, known for its cream buns. It is also conveniently located, Approx. a 7-minute walk from Hiroshima Airport.

The name “Cafelie” combines the ideas of a “café” and an “atelier.” Inside, the café, shop, factory tour, and hands-on workshop are brought together in one space, creating a place where visitors can experience the appeal of sweet buns.

At the facility, guests can do more than just look around and enjoy themselves, they can actually shape dough and experience bread making firsthand. At the hands-on workshop, visitors can also try making their own original cream buns and even inject the cream themselves. A VR factory tour is also available, along with a program where visitors can learn about the bread-making process and the history of Hattendo through immersive video.

The café serves light meals such as omurice, pancakes, and drinks. Among them, the signature “fluffy” pancakes are made by whipping the meringue, mixing the batter, and steaming them only after an order is placed, making them a special item that can only be enjoyed here alongside dishes carefully crafted for texture.
