Arakurayama Sengen Park is a classic spot for photographing Mt. Fuji. The five-story pagoda with the scenery is absolutely beautiful.
But climbing the stairs is a bit tiring, and it can get pretty crowded. I’d recommend coming early so it’s easier and more comfortable to take photos.

Mount Fuji is often hidden by clouds, so if you're unlucky, your trip might be for nothing. There’s no cable car, so you have to hike all the way up. If you’re not in good shape, I wouldn’t recommend trying it.

You can enjoy the magnificent mountain views, lush forests, and colorful flowers here. It's a wonderful place to experience the beauty of nature and a historic park that's definitely worth a visit for some relaxation.

The scenery along the way is beautiful as you slowly climb over 300 steps. Seeing Mount Fuji right in front of you is truly breathtaking!

There’s a cherry blossom grove in the park, and you can catch the early sakura as soon as late February. You can snap postcard-worthy photos here.

There are over 400 steps, and the higher you climb, the better the view gets.

One of the best spots to see Mount Fuji!

After leaving the station and seeing the poster of the Chureito Pagoda and Mt. Fuji, I just had to climb all 398 steps, even if it took everything I had.

The climb was a bit tough, but the stunning view of Mt. Fuji made it all worth it!
