Born and based in Saitama Prefecture. A part-time illustrator with a deep love for ferries. Her fascination began in childhood with the dream of luxury cruise ships she saw in video games, but it was just before turning 30, when she boarded a long-distance ferry on her own, that she truly discovered their appeal.
Today, she rides ferries 50 to 70 times a year, sometimes taking a short-distance route as many as 10 times in a single day. From seeing off favorite vessels on their final voyages to boarding on her birthday and turning a Goshuin-style ship stamp into a birthday card, she shares the joy of ferry travel in her own unique way.
