Mt. Fuji is truly magnificent. Even from far away, it’s an impressive sight.
When it’s cloudy, it’s easy to miss the summit, so it really depends a bit on luck.

You can spot bronze statues of Kankichi Ryotsu all over the place, which makes walking around really fun and nostalgic.
The whole Kameari area has a very local, everyday feel. It’s not one of those places packed with tourists, so it’s easy to explore at a relaxed pace. -

This place really is paradise for Maneki-neko lovers. There’s a whole area filled with them, and it’s super impressive. It makes for unique photos and feels really soothing.
That said, the location is a bit out of the way, and getting there requires a transfer. I’d recommend planning it as part of a half-day itinerary. -
