Mikamine Park
A scenic park spanning 8.5 hectares on the Aobayama hills in Sendai. Planted with many cherry trees, it’s known as one of Sendai’s top cherry blossom spots. In season, a wide variety of cherry blossoms-such as Sato-zakura, Somei Yoshino, Yaezakura, and weeping cherry-brighten the park. Because each type reaches peak bloom at a different time, you can enjoy cherry blossoms for a relatively long period, from mid-April to early May.
The scenery is absolutely beautiful, especially during cherry blossom season.

Skiing in Japan is so much fun.
