Tosu Premium Outlets
Tosu Premium Outlets is one of Kyushu's largest outlet malls, complete with 170 highly sought after domestic and worldwide brands. The property is inspired by the architecture and open atmosphere of Southern California, and infused with a resort-like relaxed air that shoppers love. Guests with kids will love that there are plenty of nursing rooms and a playground for children.
The prices here are much better compared to department stores in Fukuoka city. It's a great place to add to your Fukuoka or Saga itinerary.

Sagano Romantic train
The Sagano Kanko Railway's trolley trains operate on a revived part of the former San'in Main Line, which was closed down. Classical Art Deco style coaches coupled to a diesel locomotive travel 7.3 km one way from Torokko Saga Station, adjacent to JR Saga-Arashiyama Station, to Torokko Kameoka Station, taking about 25 minutes.
You can even hear the familiar Banyan Tree song on the little train. Turns out, it's actually a staff member in costume and a mask! 🤭

Senkoji Temple
Located about halfway up Mt. Senkoji, Senkoji Temple has a long history dating back to its founding in 806. The main hall, also known as the “Red Hall,” is painted a vivid vermilion. Its striking color forms a picturesque contrast with the blue sky and sea and the surrounding greenery. The temple sells a variety of amulets for wishes such as road safety, family well-being, success in exams, and good relationships.
Standing at Senkoji Temple, you get a fantastic panoramic view of Onomichi City.
