Last update :

This 300-year-old shop is even mentioned in the rakugo story “Ouji no Kitsune.”
The thick egg omelets served here are carefully made with a mix of egg and dashi and cooked made to order by the talented chefs. The ingredients and cooking techniques have been carefully passed down through the generations. During cherry blossom season it’s tradition to buy tamago-yaki (rolled egg omelet) and eat it while looking at the cherry blossoms in the nearby Asukayama Park.
