A Large Pond and Windmill are the Symbols of This Park
Ukima Pond, located at the center of the park, offers fishing for visitors. Along the shore is a windmill, which has become a familiar symbol of the park.
Around 150 somei-yoshino cherry trees are planted along the pond, and the combined view of the pond, cherry blossoms, and windmill is breathtaking.
There are also primroses growing in the park, and they bloom beautifully in the spring.
The park also features exercise facilities and playground equipment, so both adults and children can enjoy their visit.
The windmill is considered a symbol of the park.
Enjoy catching fish like white crucian carp and common carp.
Primroses bloom starting in mid-April (only open for visits during blooming season).
Cherry blossoms bloom from late March through early April.
Enjoy bird watching at the pond.
