Jujoyu
Full of retro charm! This long-established public bathhouse with an on-site cafe is also proud of its sauna.
A traditional public bathhouse tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Baths such as the jet bath, vibra bath, and lukewarm bath use high-quality groundwater pumped up from 120 meters underground and heated, giving the water a soft feel that is gentle on the skin.
The sauna, available for an additional fee, is also one of the highlights, with different scents and experiences depending on the day, such as a mint sauna or a forest-bathing sauna. The cold bath after the sauna also uses free-flowing groundwater, so the water temperature is always kept at Approx. 18–20 degrees, for a refreshing experience.
What makes Jujoyu truly unique among public bathhouses is its attached cafe, “Shinkai.” Beyond the front desk is a cafe space filled with retro charm, with carefully chosen wallpaper, curtains, and furniture. Along with a post-bath beer, the menu also includes photogenic items such as cream soda and Shinkai Jelly. You can stop by after your bath, or just visit the cafe on its own.
