At the entrance, there is a giant dry-aging meat fridge that manages the temperature and humidity while it dries chunks of beef and pork for 4-6 weeks. Due to working enzymes, dry-aged meat becomes very tender and the deliciousness of the meat increases. Their famous whole rotisserie chicken is soaked in a marinade using various herbs, ginger, and wine and baked slowly and carefully.
Unlimited bread is provided as an appetizer.
