Theme park

The castle tower shines brilliantly on the hill of Atami. It's a five-story, nine-story "Tenshukaku (castle tower)”-like tourist facility built in 1959.

The main attraction is the view from the top floor. From 43 meters above the ground and 160 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a wonderful 360-degree view of Atami City and even the Izu Peninsula in the distance.

There are many attractions inside the castle. Visitors can get original goods by correctly answering "Hanji-e," riddles popular in the Edo period, take commemorative photos dressed in Edo-period costumes, or take a break in a footbath with a view of the sea. The Atami Trick Art Museum , where you can experience the mysterious sensation of optical illusions, is also a spot not to be missed. From the scenery to the attractions, this is the perfect place for the whole family to visit.

Highlights

  • The panoramic view of Atami City and Sagami Bay from 43 meters above the ground is breathtaking.
  • The "Hanji-e" paintings and costumes of the Edo period are fun to experience.
  • There is also a footbath and a garden where you can relax and unwind.
  • Two-dimensional but looks three-dimensional? The Trick Art Museum is a magical experience.

    千萬不要花門票冤枉錢,城很小知名度又不高,而且管理又很糟糕,門票貴得離譜!
