Aeon Mall Wakayama

This largest shopping center in Wakayama Prefecture with over 150,000 ㎡ space attracts many local customers as well as shoppers from the Sennan and Hannan areas in Osaka. The center can be reached via an easy access from the Hirai Ramp on the Daini-Hanwa National Highway and is only a 40 minute drive from Kansai Airport.

There are about 160 different shops in a multi-level facility, from the basement to the third floor, offering a variety of items including clothing, household goods, and entertainment services; the giant supermarket Aeon Style Wakayama is convenient for day-to-day food ingredients and everyday necessities; the large food court has a seating capacity of 1000; the Aeon Cinema Wakayama has 10 movie theaters!

Young children can play outside in Fujito Park, which features a Water Plaza fountain show. The playground, Kids Forest Fluffy Dome and a climbing wall are popular and many other playground opportunities are available for intellectual education. All of these are, thankfully, free of charge. Most of the floors are wheelchair accessible, and the wide aisles and vaulted ceilings make for a great open interior.
