This fashion building is eye-catching for its unique design with an atrium from the basement to the top seven floors. There are cafes and restaurants, mainly apparel that sends out the latest trends, so it can be used as a resting point when enjoying a walk in the surrounding area.

The sports-related category is particularly well-developed, with sportswear and goods for sale, as well as a skateboard park and an indoor golf driving range, all of which are eagerly awaited. Other unique tenants of note include a pinball arcade with several rare machines from the 1960s, a capsule toy store with 1,300 gashapon machines waiting to be used, and a mini-theater showing high-quality Asian films.

Incidentally, the escalators in the museum are of a gently curved spiral type. There are only a few of these escalators in existence in Japan, and because of their extremely rare structure, they are often the topic of conversation on SNS trends. Also of note are the restrooms on each floor, which are decorated with different devices and artwork.
