Arabiya Coffee

Located just a short walk from the famous Hozenji temple, known for its moss-covered Mizukake Fudo statue, is this café. Established in 1951, the second-generation master continues to uphold the coffee's traditional taste.

"With a mild taste you'll never tire of and a truly vibrant aroma," everyone raves about this distinctive coffee, which only uses beans that are carefully roasted in-house every morning. While their original blend boasts a perfect balance of richness and flavor, the single-origin beans sourced from various South American farms, including Brazil, Colombia, Kilimanjaro, and Mandheling, also take pride in their high quality typical of a long-standing establishment.

The beans are coarsely ground and dripped through a cloth filter, handmade by the master using fabric sought from cloth dealers. Whether hot or iced, you can relish its rich aroma and refreshing taste. To accompany your coffee, try the "Arabiya Sandwich," toasted and filled with freshly grilled ham and egg.
