Located along Midosuji Avenue, lined with ginkgo trees, this shopping mall is a landmark in the area, with the entire building lit up at night. The 13 floors, from the basement to the 11th floor, are home to stores of every genre, including fashion, gourmet food, sundries, and cosmetics. Popular apparel brands are concentrated here, and the mall is known as a source of the latest fashion trends.

Gourmet food is concentrated in the "FOOD STAND SHINSAIBASHI" food court on the second basement floor, creating a lively space. Udon noodle stores, hamburger shops, Korean restaurants, etc., are lined up around a 300-seat eat-in corner in the center, and visitors can order their favorite dishes at each restaurant and use the self-service service.
