A facility where visitors can observe the manufacturing process of Ryukyu glass and experience making glass by hand. The showroom, with its quiet and relaxing atmosphere, displays and sells various types of Ryukyu glass. Ryukyu glass is a glass craft mainly made on the main island of Okinawa, and was recognized as a traditional craft of Okinawa Prefecture in 1998. With its sparkling and mysterious beauty, combined with its colorful appearance and unique formative beauty, it is widely recognized as a shining work of art that fits in well with everyday life.
The store has more than 300 kinds of glass products, and you can make your own original glass at the hands-on corner. In addition to "original glass making", visitors can also enjoy "accessory making", "photo frame making", and "shell candle making”. At the glass studio, visitors can watch Ryukyu glass being made from a distance where the heat can be felt.
The area where Ryukyu glass and photo frames are made has a roof, so it is safe even in the rain.
