Niigata Senbei Oukoku (Rice Cracker Kingdom)

Kuriyama Beika is a company based in Niigata, a rice-producing region that accounts for approximately 60% of Japan's annual production of rice crackers, and is known for its hit products such as "Bakauke" and "Hoshi-tabeyo".
The "Niigata Senbei Oukoku" is a rice cracker theme park located on the grounds of the company's head office and factory, where visitors can enjoy hands-on activities.

At the hands-on corner, the "Super Large Senbei Baking Experience" is recommended. You can make your own original senbei by baking dough 25 cm in diameter on a net and drawing your favorite picture on it with soy sauce.
There are also several other programs available, including a mini-sized rice cracker baking experience and a flavoring experience where you can make your own original "Bakauke" rice cracker and star-shaped "Hoshi-tabeyo" rice cracker.

At the food and beverage corner, visitors can enjoy "Bakauke croquettes" that reproduce the taste and shape of "Bakauke" and rice flour curry buns.
Among them, the most popular item at the food and beverage corner is "Senbei Soft," a salted senbei topped with soft-serve ice cream and topped with a special soy sauce.
The souvenir corner offers a wide selection of Senbei Oukoku and local special Bakauke rice crackers.
