Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, about 4 km from Lake Motosu, one of the Fuji Five Lakes known for its beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The area charms visitors with its picturesque landscape featuring seasonal flowers, the lake, and the World Heritage site of Mount Fuji in the background.

The area is famous for the "Fuji Shibazakura Festival," held annually from mid-April to late May. As the largest scale event in the capital region, about 500,000 moss phlox plants bloom in vibrant shades of pink and white, creating a carpet of flowers and marking the arrival of spring.

Towards the autumn, the "Rainbow Flower Festival" is also held. During this period, around 80,000 flowers including zinnias and salvias bloom, and various photo spots are set up in the park, offering a different scenic beauty from the spring's "Fuji Shibazakura Festival."

The park also houses one of the largest English gardens in the Kanto region, "Peter Rabbit™ English Garden," which features a cafe, museum, and shop. Visitors can experience the world of the storybook "The Tale of Peter Rabbit."
