Hatori
A Yamashiro Onsen inn where you can unwind in a warm and relaxing setting.
A Yamashiro Onsen inn built around the concept of “the warmth of wood, the gentleness of leaves.” It features two distinct large public baths: one made of natural cypress with an open-air bath and sauna, and another bright, open stone bath with a jacuzzi. Two types of private baths are also available, one cypress and one stone.
A wide range of guest rooms is available to suit different travel styles, including rooms with open-air baths overlooking the townscape of Yamashiro, large rooms for groups, and single rooms where you can enjoy private time. For dinner, guests can savor kaiseki cuisine made with plenty of ginger, koji, and other seasonal local ingredients, prepared with a gentle flavor. The original menu created by the head chef, who knows Kaga cuisine inside and out, and the beautiful presentation are also impressive.
Guests can also use the large public bath at the sister property “Rurikoh,” located Approx. 5 minutes on foot along the hot spring street in front of the inn, free of charge. The public bathhouse “Kosoyu,” with an atmosphere reminiscent of the Meiji era, is also within walking distance, making this an ideal location for hopping between baths.
