Uotarotei Kani Branch

Located inside Yunohana Market in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, Uotarotei Kani Branch is a seafood restaurant run by Uotaro, a fishmonger with auction rights on the Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture. Fish purchased by Uotaro directly at the fishing port are delivered fresh to the Kani branch every day. Diners can enjoy fresh seafood in a lively market atmosphere, something especially popular in this inland area.

The signature dish is the Uotaro Set Meal. It can be enjoyed not only as a sashimi set meal, but also as a seafood rice bowl by placing the sashimi over white rice.
