Popular menu items include Chicken Nanban made with Awaodori chicken and seared thigh meat. The restaurant is known for cooking methods that bring out the chicken’s natural flavor and rich umami. Another highlight is the Okinawan cuisine prepared by the owner, who trained in Okinawa. The menu also features a wide selection of izakaya dishes that reflect Okinawan food culture, including oden and chanpuru. Bento meals made with local ingredients are also available by reservation.
