The signature menu item is the annual set meal, "Kaga Crab Rice" (available for a limited time and in limited quantities, so advance reservations are required). The 2025 version features "crab takikomi rice" infused with rich crab flavor and made with one whole female snow crab, along with a "seafood hot pot in bouillabaisse style" as the main dishes. It also comes with five small side dishes and miso soup. Another popular item is the "Kaga Straw-Seared Yellowtail Rice Bowl," grilled over Kaga rice straw. In addition, rice bowls and set meals made with fresh seafood such as crab and tuna are available. From September to around June, you can also try "fried gazami shrimp," a specialty that can only be eaten in the Hokuriku region.
The restaurant is equipped with table seating, irori-style seating, and counter seating. Group use for 24 to 30 people is also possible. In this Japanese-style setting, you can fully enjoy the flavors of Hokuriku.
