Gifu Family Park
A vast general park with large playground equipment and attractions.
This vast general park, spanning Approx. 58 hectares, is located in Yamagata Kitano, Gifu City. It has two areas, the Kids Zone and the Sports & Recreation Zone, where you can enjoy a full day of fun in nature.
The Kids Zone is home to rides such as go-karts that run on an Approx. 350-meter three-dimensional course, a cycle monorail, and super mobiles, as well as popular attractions including an Approx. 180-meter roller slide said to be the longest in the Tokai region's three prefectures, the athletic playground Geronimo Fort with great views from the top, and a fluffy dome like a trampoline.
The Sports & Recreation Zone features Miwakuru Plaza, with 10 types of large combined playground equipment, including net play equipment and steep sliders. It also has a large lawn area, walking paths, a stream, and a pond, making it perfect for a picnic or a relaxing day out. There are also a baseball field and tennis courts, so you can enjoy sports to the fullest.
On the second floor of the administration building, a food court is open only on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. You can enjoy takoyaki, fried rice, soft-serve ice cream, and more.
