PLUSTA Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Central Gate Inside is located inside the Shinkansen Central Gate at JR Shin-Osaka Station. It is in an easy-to-stop-by location for travelers using the Tokaido Shinkansen, allowing smooth use even during the limited time before boarding. Since it is located along the route inside the ticket gates, one of its features is that travelers can stop by efficiently while moving through the station.
Every time I take the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka, I like to browse here first. In addition to all kinds of train station bento boxes, you can also find plenty of food with a distinctive Kansai flavor. The bento options range from traditional Japanese flavors to meat dishes, and just choosing one can take quite a while. Rather than trying to find something to eat after boarding, I prefer to buy a bento beforehand and enjoy it at my leisure on the Shinkansen. It’s one of the pleasures of traveling in Japan.

The sashimi here is incredibly fresh, especially the tuna—it’s absolutely amazing! The fat is just right and it melts in your mouth. 😍
The portions are generous and the prices are really reasonable, so the value is great. Both the sushi and rice bowls are top-notch, and even the miso soup is packed with ingredients. -
Chubu Tottori Sakyu Kodomonokuni
This play facility lies adjacent to Tottori sand dunes. On the huge ground about 190,000 ㎡, many play equipment and vehicles are filled with, for example, large-sized athletic equipment, the dream castle, which was built depicting a castle, and the cycle monorail, the railtrain, and various designed bicycles.
The indoor play area is really big, so even on rainy days, kids can still have fun.
