Special Beef Tendon Stew, 3 Types of Bread, Seasonal Pickle Salad, Bonbon Chocolate, and Drink Set

This stew set is sold from 10:00 until 3:00, but it typically sells out before noon.

It’s made with plenty of premium wagyu beef, always A3-grade or above.
They season the stew with cocoa powder and figs to further bring out the flavors.

The beef tendon is so tender it falls apart!
The sweetness of the onions and the refreshing sour flavor of the figs make for great accents.

3 Types of Bread.
These are walnut bread, soft baguette, and milk bread.

The bread was warm, and it had a crispy crust but fluffy interior.
Bread and stew make for an amazing combination!

Seasonal Pickle Salad.
The salad is accompanied by a sour gelatin, and it was very refreshing!

For the drink, you can choose from cocoa tea, coffee, black tea, and roasted green tea.

This was my first time trying cocoa tea. It had a chocolatey aroma.
The cocoa’s bittersweet flavor was refreshing.

Bonbon Chocolat – Strawberry Milk
This was a cookie and some accompanying chocolate.

You can choose one from their bonbon chocolat selection.
I wasn’t sure what to pick out of all the options, so I went with their most popular one, strawberry milk.
It was very cute and shaped like a heart.

It was filled with strawberry confiture and condensed milk!
It melted away in my mouth with a gentle strawberry aroma.

Everything here used quality ingredients and had delicious complex flavors.
There was also great customer service, and I enjoyed the luxury of my time here.
