A spirit made from 80 kinds of carefully selected ingredients that includes mainly wild herbs such as mugwort, turmeric, chameleon plant and Korean ginseng. Well known for its mugwort production, the Joetsu region of Niigata Prefecture is a suitable place for fermentation with its high temperatures and high humidity in summer, and low temperatures and high humidity in winter due to snow. As a result, high-quality alcohol is produced in the process of manufacturing health food products.
The extract that has been slowly fermented and aged for about a year in an earthen pot undergoes distillation.
The resulting alcohol has a smooth texture and strong aroma of wild herbs.
