Nimosaku

Natural wines and tasteful dishes your body will love, all served at a neat and trendy oden shop in Tateishi.

Last update :

This bright and chic eatery was opened in Tateishi, the town of sake lovers, by second-generation owner in 2015. With oden and more, this spot is famous for packing delicious flavor in everything on the menu.

Oden is a piping hot dish that most people know as a winter favorite, but inside the walls of Nimosaku you’ll always find it cool and cozy so you can enjoy it all year around. Just looking at the large, generous bites of oden sunk in a delicious clear broth will always drum up an appetite. Each ingredient is natural, select and made without chemical additives so you can enjoy a broth derived from pure, delicious flavor. The “tomato” oden is one item you’re bound to get hooked on. The way the slight tart of the tomato melds into the tasty broth is lusciously satisfying.
To wash it all down, there’s a rich line up of drinks to pair like shochu and Junmai sake, made painstakingly with nothing but the purest rice and water. You also won’t want to miss out on the selection of natural wines, each carrying a deep flavor that pairs perfectly with oden.

The rich flavor of oden broth, paired perfectly with wine, makes for a taste experience that keeps this spot bustling with young patrons, ladies and Tateishi locals alike.
