Glicopia East

Factory tour of Japan’s prominent snack maker.

Experience Facility

To promote children’s health, Glico, a prominent food maker in Japan, produces and sells nutritious snacks. Pretz and Pocky are popular and most Japanese know them. 55,000 boxes of Pretz and 70,000 boxes of Pocky are made each day at Glicopia East factory.

In an area called Pretz Street, you can view the production process through a glass window. It is so fascinating to watch the dough of Pretz streaming through machines that you don’t get bored.

There are other attractions such as College Hall, Stadium Hall, Toy Museum, Photo Studio, Mini Factory where you can decorate a giant Pocky. It’s not every day you can watch the secrets of a snack factory. Come and experience them.
