The lineup includes the 100% Kenran Beef "Supreme Gold," a blend of Kenran Beef and Mutsumi Pork for the "Ultimate Black," and the rare "Mishima Cattle," referred to as the "Phantom Cow," available only on weekends in limited quantities as the "Extreme -Kiwami-."
