The KYOTO-OSAKA SIGHTSEEING PASS is a special planned ticket exclusively for foreign visitors to Japan, convenient for sightseeing between Osaka and Kyoto. 1-day or 2-day tickets are available and allow you to freely get on and off the designated Keihan Railway lines between Osaka and Kyoto during the valid period.
Keihan Railway is the railway line between Osaka and Kyoto and is convenient for sightseeing, with famous tourist attractions such as Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Uji located near the stations along the line.

The KYOTO-OSAKA SIGHTSEEING PASS offers unlimited one-day travel on the main lines of the Keihan Railway and the Otokoyama Cable (excluding the Otsu Line). There are also three types of ticket that allow you to enjoy further leisure and extensive sightseeing as well as the main Keihan Railway lines.

The first is the KYOTO-OSAKA SIGHTSEEING PASS [Greater KURAMA & KIBUNE area], which includes "free access to all Eizan Train lines" and can be used conveniently when visiting the Kurama and Kibune areas, which are known as some of the best power spots in Kyoto, and the Yase and Hieizan areas where sightseeing trains run.

The second is the KYOTO-OSAKA SIGHTSEEING PASS [for Hirakata Park], which includes an entrance ticket to the amusement park Hirakata Park and is ideal for users who want to experience a unique Japanese amusement culture.

The third is the KYOTO-OSAKA SIGHTSEEING PASS [for OSAKA METORO], which allows unlimited travel on all Osaka Metro lines and Osaka City Buses, and also entitles you to Osaka Metro benefits and is recommended when you want to explore Osaka.

All of these are special tickets that can only be purchased by foreigners visiting Japan.
Please note that you will need to present a passport or visa document to purchase a ticket, and that only one ticket per person is available.

Where can I buy it?

The tickets are sold by overseas travel agencies and at tourist information centers, major stations of Keihan Railway and some hotels in Japan. Please note that the amount sold overseas and in Japan may differ.

You must have a document (passport or visa) proving that you have a short-stay visa. Unfortunately, student or work visa holders cannot purchase tickets.
