Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse is a complex created by renovating the Kanemori warehouse group, originally built as commercial warehouses in the late Meiji period. Located within this complex, the select shop Aoi Mori offers a wide range of Hakodate souvenirs, with a focus on sweets and food items. Alongside popular products made in Hokkaido, the shop also carries many original Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse items, making it an ideal place to look for Hakodate-style gifts.

Among the most popular original products are the Kanemori Warehouse Cookies, which come in adorable packaging modeled after the red brick warehouses. Other recommended items include Kanemori COFFEE, a collaboration with a local Hakodate coffee shop, and MONA+SK, a unique treat featuring crispy rusks sandwiched inside warehouse-shaped monaka wafers.
