Asahikawa Ramen Aoba Honten

Founded in 1947 as a humble street stall, Asahikawa Ramen Aoba is a legendary ramen shop with over 70 years of history, credited as a trailblazer of Asahikawa’s ramen culture. It played a pivotal role in establishing the “shoyu” (soy sauce) profile as a classic stamp of Asahikawa style ramen, standing alongside Sapporo’s miso ramen and Hakodate’s salt ramen as one of Hokkaido’s three ramen pillars.
