Ichiniisan Kagoshima Main Store is a Kagoshima Berkshire pork specialty restaurant operated by Soba Chaya Fukiagean. It is known as one of the original restaurants to serve shabu-shabu eaten with soba dipping sauce.

The signature dish is the trademarked “Kurobuta Shabu.” Kurobuta pork eaten with soba dipping sauce is popular for letting diners fully enjoy the natural flavor of the meat itself. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of pork dishes made with Kagoshima kurobuta pork, with “Tontoro-ni” and “Kurobuta Dofu” also being popular. Other menu items include Kagoshima specialties made with ingredients representative of the region, such as Kagoshima Japanese black beef, sashimi of local fish like kibinago, and satsuma-age.
