TOTTEI PARK
A hilltop park hugged by the sea on three sides, with views out to the harbor and mountains beyond.
Opened in April 2025 on Kobe Port’s Shinminato Pier No. 2, TOTTEI is a brand-new waterfront destination. Find the park landed on the end of pier with lush green area and seaside views made to complement GLION ARENA KOBE, a 10,000-seat home arena for the B.LEAGUE professional basketball team Kobe Storks that also hosts concerts and other large-scale events.
The park features a transposed grassy lawn that’s ideal for wide-open relaxing, strolls and picnics by the water. The park’s standout feature is “Midori no Oka” (The Green Hill), a striking triangular-roofed structure that serves as the centerpiece of the area. Its tiered, 11-meter-high roof functions as both an amphitheater-style viewing terrace and spectator seating during events, providing panoramic views of the harbor, mountain range, and Kobe’s dazzling night skyline.
Beneath the roof, visitors will find an indoor event space, a brewery producing craft beer on-site, and a restaurant offering authentic BBQ dishes grilled over an open wood fire. Guests can also grab a beer or takeaway meal and enjoy a leisurely time in the park while soaking up the seaside atmosphere.
