The full-course menu comes in two options: the Standard Course and the Wild Sashimi Course. The Wild Sashimi Course uses wild-caught torafugu. À la carte dishes such as grilled milt and tempura are also available. Drinks include local sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture. A limited-time lunch course is offered from April to September.
