It serves local dishes and creative Japanese cuisine centered on seasonal ingredients from Hagi. Popular with both locals and travelers, it is also chosen for important occasions such as okuizome celebrations and family meetings.

The restaurant’s signature offering is the “Chef’s Omakase Course,” made with carefully selected seasonal seafood. This course features ingredients purchased that day, prepared using the cooking method best suited to each one. Seasonal limited-time courses made with Yamaguchi-produced torafugu and mafugu are also popular.
