The signature item is the seasonal parfait, generously topped with fruit from Yamanashi Prefecture. In spring, enjoy strawberries, in summer, peaches, and in fall, grapes, with flavors unique to each season. The Shine Muscat Parfait in particular is a gorgeous dessert featuring juicy Shine Muscat grapes, vanilla ice cream, grape sorbet, and grape sauce. Other options include the Vitamin Color Punch with six kinds of fruit and nata de coco, as well as the Grape Waffle, offering a wide variety of desserts.
