Founded in 1908, this long-established Japanese restaurant uses ingredients from Uozu and serves seafood from the sea and produce from the mountains of the area. You can enjoy a variety of seasonal dishes, including seafood from Toyama Bay, known as a “natural fish tank,” and local cuisine from Uozu.

Both lunch and dinner feature a lineup that lets you fully experience Uozu’s food culture. There are three course meals with different numbers of dishes. Each one offers authentic Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients. Another highlight is the wide selection of drinks, including local sake from Uozu. At lunch, you can also order local specialties such as Uozu bai shellfish kamameshi called “Uozu Bai Meshi,” as well as kaisendon and red-and-white shrimp kakiage tendon.
